Production Manager will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who can oversee the end-to-end production process—from raw material intake to finished product dispatch. You will bridge the gap between R&D concepts and high-volume output, ensuring every batch meets our rigorous standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Planning production schedules, managing resources/staff, enforcing safety regulations, and optimizing workflows to reduce costs.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts or related field
- At least 10 years work experience in handling production, distribution and operations.
- Knowledgeable in food safety/quarterly management system
- Proven analysis & improvement
- Computer literate
- Excellent people management skills
- Training and coaching skills
- Willing to be assigned at Santolan, Pasig
