PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Chemical company in finding great talent as a Marketing Executive with the requirement as follows:
Working location: North Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
Supervising all accounting activities: including reviewing and controlling all payments and receipts, bank reconciliation and tenants billing.
Support sales and marketing activities, including planning and execution
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
Maintain strong relationships with customers, including overseas clients, and provide after-sales support
Conduct market analysis, including monitoring industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Assist in expanding market reach and identifying new business opportunities
Gather and update relevant market and commercial data to support business decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from chemical engineering, chemistry or engineering.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point).
Experience in a multi-cultural business environment will be an added advantage
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Support within the plastics, rubber, or polymer industry.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team, even in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Hands-on sales experience and solid technical knowledge of polymer materials.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
