Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Have background Education Textile or Garment is a plus.
4–6 years of relevant experience with proven leadership capabilities.
Experience in the garment/apparel industry is highly preferred.
Capable to do costing and having knowledge about fabric and the sources is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
Proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and strong numerical skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Willing to be based in Jakarta or Cileungsi

Key Responsibilities
Support and oversee the costing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in managing orders from development stage through production.
Maintain clear communication and provide excellent service to buyers.
Ensure raw materials and accessories are available according to production schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
