Responsibilities :

Menyusun dan menjalankan jadwal maintenance preventif, prediktif dan korektif
Memastikan perawatan mesin dan peralatan dilakukan agar memenuhi persyaratan CPOB/CGMP
Meminimalkan downtime dan meningkatkan keandalan peralatan
Mengawasi teknisi maintenance
Mendistribusikan pekerjaan dan memonitor progres
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja dan keselamatan

Requirements :

Min. pendidikan S1 Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro atau jurusan lain yang relevan
Memiliki pengalaman kerja min. 3 tahun di area maintenance pharmacy/FMCG manufacturing
Technical skills : Maintenance Management, Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge, Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis, Lean Maintenance / TPM, Budget & Cost Control
Soft skills : Leadership & Team Supervision, Problem Solving & Critical Thinking, Communication Skills, Decision Making
