Responsibilities :
Menyusun dan menjalankan jadwal maintenance preventif dan korektif
Memastikan perawatan mesin, peralatan, dan fasilitas dilakukan tepat waktu
Meminimalkan downtime dan meningkatkan keandalan peralatan
Mengawasi teknisi maintenance dan tim engineering
Mendistribusikan pekerjaan dan memonitor progres
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja dan keselamatan
Requirements :
Min. pendidikan S1 Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro atau jurusan lain yang relevan
Memiliki pengalaman kerja min. 5 tahun di area engineering/maintenance pharmacy/FMCG manufacturing
Technical skills : Maintenance Management, Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge, Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis, Lean Maintenance / TPM, Budget & Cost Control
Soft skills : Leadership & Team Supervision, Problem Solving & Critical Thinking, Communication Skills, Decision Making
