Sebagai Cake Decorator, Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas desain dan pengerjaan dekorasi kue sesuai pesanan pelanggan. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim produksi untuk memastikan kualitas dan estetika kue sesuai standar perusahaan. Selain itu, Anda juga akan mengatur administrasi terkait pesanan dan stok bahan baku.
Kami mencari kandidat yang memiliki pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK dan pengalaman kerja antara 1 hingga 3 tahun di bidang yang relevan. Kemampuan dalam teamwork, komunikasi, dekorasi kue, dan baking.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fillings and decorate cakes
- Measure, mix, and portion ingredients according to recipes
- Ensure taste, appearance, and product consistency are maintained
- Manage and ensure daily availability of raw material stock
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always followed
- Support daily production and assist with any other kitchen tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
- Preferably has one-year experience in cake decoration and cake production (buttercream and fresh cream)
- Detail-oriented, neat, and attentive to quality
- Has basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Able to work neatly, cleanly, and quickly
- Willing to learn and follow kitchen instructions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Willing to work on weekends, or public holidays if needed
