JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform daily MARKETING and SALES activities based on the INSTRUCTIONS and GUIDANCE from the CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (CES), adhering to Key Performance Indicator and Measurement (KPIM).
Direct Call & Customer Visit (Routine, Planned, and Systematic):
Build good personal relationships with owners and decision-makers.
Conduct routine sales activities and/or follow up on customer inquiries.
Perform regular sales calls and reviews and explore new application opportunities through new projects.
Collect relevant information to complete all necessary data in the CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
Solve problems, handle complaints & claims.
Introduce new products.
Offer and promote promotional programs
2. Market Development:
Search for new leads and prospective customers.
Expand into new marketing areas.
Build a detailed and functional customer database to support decision-making processes related to marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1); fresh graduates are welcome, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing/sales, preferably in sales related to printing products.
Possess a POSITIVE MINDSET and align with the COMPANY'S VISION while performing daily tasks.
Have strong PEOPLE SKILLS, persuasive communication abilities, and extensive knowledge (broad and helicopter point of view).
Experienced in working with TEAMS and achieving TARGETS, with a results- and process-oriented mindset.
Hold a valid SIM A and SIM C (driver’s licenses).
