Responsibilities:
- Assist members and healthcare providers with inquiries via phone.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits, claims, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience is preferred.
- Healthcare account experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed.
