Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualification
- Graduate of Animal Science or any Agriculture related fields course.
- With at least three (3) years of experience in swine operation.
- Responsible, flexible, hardworking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-adjusted in the farm production environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Above average communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a physically strenuous environment.
- Passionate about teaching.
- Detail-oriented, observant.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- With good interpersonal relationship and public relations skills.
