Adecco is representing a multinational manufacturing client to identify a Senior HR Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, based in West Java, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement country-level HR strategies, policies, digital initiatives, and compliance programs aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
Support business transformation through employee engagement, retention, change management, and workforce stabilization initiatives.
Oversee HR governance and compliance, including labor law adherence, audits, investigations, and escalation handling. Drive greenfield factory readiness, including manpower planning, recruitment, organization setup, and workforce mobilization.
Manage and align HR operations across factories, ensuring consistency in policies, standards, and workforce practices. Lead industrial relations and crisis management, including union coordination, grievances, and workforce contingencies.
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating with leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and mitigate workforce risks.
Requirements:
Min. bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within multinational manufacturing environments.
Strong track record in managing country-level HR operations, including industrial relations, labor compliance, workforce governance, and organizational development.
Proven experience in FDI projects, greenfield factory setups, workforce mobilization, and operational readiness.
Solid background in business transformation, organizational restructuring, workforce harmonization, change management, and M&A integration.
Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing operations with complex labor relations and significant workforce populations.
Prior exposure to footwear, apparel, consumer goods, or other labor-intensive industries is highly preferred.
