REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in KOL, Community, PR Marcomm, or Influencer Marketing, preferably within FMCG / Food / Moms & Baby industries.
- Strong understanding of the KOL, influencer, and community management ecosystem, particularly in the parenting and family segment.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly sensitive to consumer issues, especially those related to mothers and children.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Central Jakarta and attend events as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute KOL and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives in the moms & baby segment.
- Conduct scouting, curation, and evaluation of KOLs (mom influencers, parenting experts, and relevant professionals).
- Manage KOL collaborations end-to-end, including negotiation, contracting, content briefing, timelines, and deliverables monitoring.
- Ensure all KOL content complies with brand guidelines, communication ethics, and regulations related to food and baby products.
- Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Build, grow, and manage parenting, family, and mom communities in a sustainable manner.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with communities, media, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Plan and manage community activities such as educational programs, gatherings, and engagement initiatives.
- Handle community feedback, inquiries, and issues in a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
- Oversee the implementation of PR Marcomm activities, campaigns, events, and community activations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, QA, Legal, and Creative) to ensure message consistency and compliance.
- Supervise the quality of communication materials to ensure they are safe, educational, informative, and aligned with family-oriented brand values.
