Job responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memorandum on topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, labor and employment, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies
- Support the legal counsel in managing day-to-day affairs and company-wide projects
- Assist in managing and organizing legal files, records, and databases.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize key points

Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Legal Management, Management, Business Administration, or any related course. The right profile must have a working knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector and your high drive and ambition to perform. Key Qualifications
- 4th year Legal Management, Management, Business Administration, or any related course
