Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Support Admin to drive our daily recruitment workflows and HR administrative operations. The core focus of this position is to streamline talent acquisition processes—ranging from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling—while maintaining robust employee lifecycle administration. This role provides operational support to the client's core Singapore / International team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational grasp of Indonesian labor compliance and thrive in a digital-first, fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, coordinate calendars across multiple time zones, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer stage.
- Sourcing & Screening: Assist the Talent Acquisition team by drafting and posting SEO-optimized job listings on local platforms (e.g., Jobstreet Indonesia), conducting initial CV reviews, and performing preliminary English phone screenings.
- HR Administration & Operations: Provide comprehensive administrative support for the employee lifecycle, including processing new joiner forms, maintaining attendance records, and organizing background checks.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate administrative transitions by scheduling new joiner orientations, managing digital check-ins, and assisting with formal exit clearance procedures.
- Database Management: Systematically audit and update confidential employee data, tracking pipelines across Google Workspace, Notion, and MixWork Information’s proprietary dashboards.
- Compliance Support: Assist in gathering necessary documentation for statutory benefits, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan registrations, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Administration. Fresh graduates with strong, relevant internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfortable adopting modern HRIS and ATS platforms.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English is strictly required to collaborate effectively with regional teams and cross-border stakeholders.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly disciplined, capable of managing sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality, and eager to grow within an international HR framework.
As this is an international role, all screenings and interviews will be conducted in English.
