Job Description
Work with customers to understand network and infrastructure requirements.
Design and recommend suitable network solutions.
Support the sales team with technical proposals, presentations, and solution discussions.
Prepare network design documents (HLD/LLD) and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Participate in RFP/RFQ and tender submissions.
Implement, configure, and troubleshoot network solutions.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide post-implementation support when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Engineering, Pre-Sales, or System Integration environment.
Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, Wireless, and Network Security.
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or similar technologies.
Experience preparing technical proposals and conducting customer presentations.
Familiarity with HLD, LLD, BOM, and RFP/RFQ processes.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, NSE, or equivalent are an advantage.
Preferred Background
Experience working for a System Integrator (SI), Managed Service Provider (MSP), Telco, or IT Services company.
Exposure to enterprise network, data center, cloud, or security projects.
