Qualifications:
Minimum High School/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field
Proven experience in e-commerce, live streaming, account management, or digital marketing is preferred
Experience in handling seller accounts (marketplace/e-commerce) is required
Familiar with live e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other marketplaces
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and able to work under deadlines
Able to analyze basic performance data (traffic, conversion, sales)
Strong coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good problem solver
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced/startup environment

Job Description:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients/brands and live streaming hosts
Plan, execute, and optimize live streaming campaigns across e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.)
Monitor and analyze live performance (traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and sales/GMV)
Develop and implement strategies to improve live streaming performance and maximize sales
Coordinate closely with internal teams (host, content, operations) to ensure smooth execution
Prepare detailed briefing materials for hosts (product knowledge, promotions, live flow, and key selling points)
Handle end-to-end account management, from campaign planning to performance reporting
Identify issues during live sessions and provide quick solutions to ensure optimal performance
Stay updated with social commerce trends and competitor activities
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Achieve monthly sales/GMV targets
Improve live streaming conversion rate and engagement metrics
Increase traffic and audience retention during live sessions
Ensure client satisfaction and account growth
