Responsibilities:
Translate and communicate instructions, strategies, and decisions from China management to the local Indonesia team (English / Bahasa Indonesia)
Collect and summarize feedback, work progress, and issues from the local team into clear Mandarin reports
Support meetings, coordinate communication, and prepare meeting minutes
Break down tasks into clear action points, PICs, and deadlines
Follow up on tasks and ensure all parties fully understand and execute the given directions
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5)
Flexible working schedule and high mobility preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome)
Ability to understand and deliver complex business communication accurately
Overseas / cross-cultural experience, or experience in MCN / Content / TikTok is a plus
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and execution ability
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
Fast learner and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced working environment
