As part of a dynamic and diverse team, you will assist in translating documents, marketing materials, and customer interactions into Thai and Chinese, ensuring our communication is clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate documents, correspondence, and promotional materials accurately from Khmer to Thai and Chinese and vice versa.
- Assist with in-person and virtual translations to support customer inquiries, service requests, and other essential interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure clarity and consistency in communications.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the brands language style, terminology, and tone to deliver high-quality translations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Translation, Language Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in translation, ideally within customer service, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Khmer, Thai, and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity to ensure smooth interactions with Thai and Chinese-speaking clients.
