General Qualifications:
Male / Female
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Information Technology / Computer Science
Minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC, Production Control, or Production Planning.
Good communication and public speaking skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Disciplined, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible
Technical Qualifications:
Able to develop digital checksheets using Custom Web-based Applications or Google AppSheet
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and VBA Macro
Familiar with barcode / QR Code scanning implementation for digital WIP (Work in Process) monitoring
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
Min Responsibilities:
1. Checksheet Digitalization (Develop and implement digital checklist systems to support quality control processes and effectively monitor part shortages).
2. Assembly Line Monitoring (Monitor part movement and production speed in the Assembly and Dr. Kotei areas in real time).
3. Data Management & Reporting (Manage, analyze, and present production output, WIP, and daily production reports in an accurate and automated manner).
4. Assembly Process Automation (Develop barcode/QR Code-based systems to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of production process monitoring).
