Product Care Engineer (Ürün Mühendisi)

For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Product Care Engineer for our Manisa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the technical sustainability of the assigned product portfolio and contribute to Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) targets.
• Provide engineering support for technical issues arising in production.
• Coordinate technical activities with Headquarters, TEC Sofia and other relevant stakeholders.
• Drive product improvements for series products with a focus on quality, cost efficiency, safety and manufacturability.
• Evaluate product change requests from a technical perspective and coordinate their implementation.
• Create and maintain product documentation, assembly instructions and testing instructions.
• Investigate internal and external customer complaints, perform root cause analyses and define corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for new product introductions and product development projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical product development, design and problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of polymer manufacturing processes, particularly plastic injection molding and extrusion.

• Experience with product lifecycle management and engineering change management processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP and CAD tools (preferably PTC Creo and Windchill).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for training and coordination activities.
