Job Description

  1. Melakukan pengujian mikrobiologi pada bahan baku, proses, dan produk jadi.

  2. Mencatat serta melaporkan hasil pengujian dan inspeksi secara akurat dan tepat waktu.

  3. Memastikan penerapan standar mutu seperti GMP, HACCP, dan prosedur perusahaan.

  4. Melakukan monitoring kualitas untuk menjaga konsistensi produk.

  5. Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi dalam menjaga kualitas produk.


Job Specification

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknologi Pangan, Bioteknologi, atau jurusan terkait.

  2. Terbuka untuk lulusan SMK Analisis Kimia dengan sertifikasi BNSP/BLP/Kemenaker.

  3. Memahami dasar pengujian mikrobiologi pangan.

  4. Memahami GMP, HACCP, dan standar mutu dasar.

  5. Memiliki pengalaman praktikum laboratorium atau kegiatan analisis menjadi nilai tambah.
