Kualifikasi:
1. Minimal S1 bidang Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Arsitektur atau Property Management
2. Pengalaman min 10 tahun sebagai Building Manager, Property Manager, lebih disukai mengelola mixed used development apartement, mall, office, hotel dalam satu kawasan
3. Memiliki pengalaman di Apartemen, commercial, hotel dalam satu kawasan
4. Memiliki leadership dengan memimpin lebih dari 100 orang
5. Memiliki kompetensi negosiasi, budgeting, crisis management, asset management, facility management, communication, strategic thinking
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
1. Estate Management: Mengelola seluruh Kawasan meliputi 2 Tower Apartemen, Commercial Area, Hotela Area, Parking dan Public Facilities
2. Building Operation: Mengawasi seluruh operasional engineering, MEP, housekeeping, security, parking, pest control, waste management
3. Asset Protection: Menjaga seluruh asset perusahaan agar terawat, melakukan preventive maintenance,
4. Budget Management: Menyusun dan mengendalikan operating budget, CAPEX, preventive maintenance budget, utility cost: melakukan review bulanan terhadap listrik, air gas, maintenance, outsourcing
5. Commercial Area: Mengawasi tenant mix, renovasi tenant, event area, promosi bersama tenant
6. Hotel Coordiantion: Koordinasi dengan GM Hotel, koordinasi utilitas, keamanan, engineering, emergency response, shared facilities, dan owner representative
