Main Responsibilities
Manage Toni’s daily schedule, reminders, and activities.
Act as project manager: coordinate meetings, align tasks, and follow up on execution.
Act as point of contact between BOD, clients, employees, and stakeholders.
Chase responses to requests/emails and draft correspondence.
Prepare materials, packets, and presentations for meetings.
Join meetings with directors, clients, and partners as Toni’s representative; take minutes.
Organize logistics of internal/external meetings (venue, agenda, follow-up).
Coordinate across businesses (fashion, printing, travel, content).
Accompany Toni to shoots, events, and trips (domestic & international).
Handle team, partner, and client communication.
Make travel arrangements and ensure smooth execution for Toni and the businesses.
Use software tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, etc.).
Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum D3 secretarial (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years experience as Personal Assistant to CEO or relevant experience.
Strong English communication (spoken & written).
Well-groomed, professional, adaptive, and multitasking.
Fast response, proactive, smart & fast learner.
Winner & growth mindset — ambitious, resilient, driven.
Commitment: min. 1 year, willing to travel & stay on-site/mesh.
Driving skill (SIM A) is a plus.
