Accounting Supervisor

Job Desc:

·       Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledge r, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

·       Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·       Review and submit tax filings, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax.

·       Monitor tax compliance and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.

·       Prepare tax reconciliations and support tax audits and assess ments.

·       Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

·       Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

·       Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

·       Supervise and develop the Accounting & Tax team.

·       Support management with financial and tax analysis as required.

Job Requirement:

·       Bachelor' s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Tax, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

·       Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Indonesian tax re gulations, and financial reporting standards.

·       Familiar with tax reporting systems (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and related tax applications).

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

·       Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage.

·       Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·       Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

·       Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
