As we continue to expand our operations in the region, we are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer with a focus on Server, Storage, and Application (SSA) to join our team in Gurah, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site support for server, storage, and application systems, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of technical issues. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates should have strong skills in network troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, technical support, and remote support.
