Job Descriptions :
Responsible for managing daily operations of the store and ensuring sales target achievement;
Able to analyze the store’s financial aspects and provide financial-related recommendations to the Management;
Successfully implement marketing promotion strategies in the store and maintain good relations with the landlord;
Able to maintain the store’s service standard, including but not limited to store ambience & cleanliness, salespeople’s service excellence, merchandise selection, etc.
Qualification :
Min. Bachelor's degree in any related major;
Min. 10 years of experience in retail operations/department store, of which 3 years as a Store Manager;
Result/target-driven & high-achiever;
Has strong leadership and excellent communication skills;
Strong in problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Good command of English, verbal and written;
Familiar working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Willing to be stationed in Jakarta area and Tangerang (please notify your preference).
