HRGA Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all personnel administration activities.
Monitor and maintain company documentation, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and employment-related processes.
Prepare GA budget and monitor budget utilization for Head Office.
Manage General Affairs operations, including office facilities, accommodation (mess), company assets, operational vehicles, canteen and other site operational requirements.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including employee documentation.
Organize and monitor employee training programs, ensuring effective implementation according to the training plan.
Support the implementation of performance management and employee development programs.
Assist the HR Head Office in executing HR initiatives and strategic programs at the site.
Foster positive industrial relations and ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR & GA Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong experience in General Affair.
Understanding of end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, personnel administration, industrial relations, learning & development.
Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
Willing to be based in Sungai Lilin, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra.
