Job Description
Manage and supervise crewing operational activities, including planning and placement of crew on ships, managing crew administration, and ensuring the availability of manpower according to operational needs to support the smooth operation of the company.
Job Requirements
Minimum diploma's degree of Nautical.
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field of Port Operations and/or Offshore Support Tug industry
Having knowledge of Marine, Vessel Management, and HR
Having competence in ISM Code, Audit, and Microsoft Office
Good leadership and people skills management
Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
