Responsibilities:
Handle life-cycle employee affairs, including on-board, orientations, probation appraisals, performance review and off board, etc
Handle end-to-end PAYROLL, attendance reports, BPJS, and relevant compensation and benefit issues.
Manage employee files.
Formulate HR SOPs and policies to ensure the compliance with local regulations and business requirements.
Prepare internal training materials, arrange and deliver trainings to the staff.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment, particularly for urgent and key positions.
Support performance evaluation processes and follow-up actions.
Provide general administrative support on office facilities, operations, suppliers, procurement.
Perform ad hoc HR or admin-related tasks as assigned by the managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and Admin
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance practices.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced, multitasking environment is preferred.
Ability to work independently, can-do attitude and self-driven.
Must be fluent in English.
Mandarin skills is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
