WE ARE HIRING! GENERAL ACCOUNTANT!
25th Floor, Glaston Tower, Ortigas East, Pasig City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, adjusting entries, and financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
- Prepare and file tax reports and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or related functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine tax regulations, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
