Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Academy, Marine Engineering or equivalent
Min 5 years as Operation Manager in Marine Shipping Industry, specializing in tug boats or tankers
Fluent in English both oral and written
Detail oriented, well organized, energic and active person
Highly disciplined, able to work in a team, proactive in reporting and strong interpersonal communication skills
Placed at Head Office - South Jakarta and willing to be assigned to other locations depending on business needs.
Available to join immediately or on short notice
Job Description:
Plan and ensure that all operational activities run smoothly
Monitor the progress of each shipment and minimize operational expenditures
Ensure fuel usage complies with the Company’s Operational Standard
Ensure loading and unloading activities run smoothly and safely
Monitor the fleet’s monthly allowances and premiums
Ensure cargo is properly handled from POL to POD
Liaise with the Classification Society regarding fleet certification
Coordinate with the related parties regarding cargo handling and calculation of them
