As our company continues to grow in Indonesia and Malaysia, we are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Product & Supply Chain Coordinator to become one of the key members of our team.

Role Overview

This position combines product development, supplier coordination, production follow-up, quality control, logistics, stock coordination, and claim handling.

You will work closely with suppliers, the drawing/design team, QC team, shipping partners, and internal departments to ensure that products are developed, produced, checked, shipped, and handled properly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, supplier communication, and following products from development until delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Supplier Coordination

  • Request production prices from suppliers for new products and custom products.

  • Coordinate with the drawing team and suppliers regarding new product development and custom product requests.

  • Review product drawings, construction details, and custom specifications before production.

  • Negotiate supplier prices and help calculate selling prices.

  • Maintain good communication with suppliers, including wood, brass, and copper suppliers.


Production Control

  • Follow up on production progress from start until the product is ready.

  • Monitor materials, finishing, design details, and construction quality.

  • Ensure products are produced according to approved drawings and specifications.

  • Push suppliers to meet production schedules and stock availability deadlines.


Quality Control

  • Coordinate product QC for Indonesia and Malaysia orders.

  • Support the QC team when needed, especially when the main QC person is unavailable or overloaded.

  • Check product quality, finishing, construction, and details before shipment.

  • Follow up with suppliers regarding revisions or corrections when needed.


Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Calculate shipping cost estimates.

  • Choose suitable shipping partners based on location, price, service quality, and delivery requirements.

  • Arrange and follow up shipments across Indonesia.

  • Track shipments with shipping partners such as Sentral, Moko Trans, Eko Trans, Indah Cargo, or other logistics providers.

  • Coordinate shipment arrangements and product stuffing for Malaysia orders.

  • Ensure packaging, labels, delivery slips, and shipment documents are properly prepared.


Stock, Packaging & Tools Inventory

  • Follow up stock availability and product readiness.

  • Coordinate product tags, labels, packaging slips, pouches, and related materials.

  • Manage tools inventory, packaging materials, and customer samples.

  • Ensure stock-related information is updated and communicated properly.


Claims Handling

  • Handle customer claims for Indonesia and Malaysia orders.

  • Inform suppliers about product claims and quality issues.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to find the best solution.

  • Negotiate claim-related costs when necessary.

  • Arrange pickup, replacement, revision, or repair schedules.

  • Coordinate with third-party carpenters or repair partners when needed.
