Job Kualifikasi:

  1. Minimal pendidikan SMK Teknik Bangunan/Teknik Sipil.

  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Teknisi Sipil, Building Maintenance, atau posisi sejenis.

  3. Memahami pekerjaan sipil bangunan, seperti perbaikan dinding, lantai, plafon, atap, waterproofing, pengecatan, dan pekerjaan finishing.

  4. Mampu membaca gambar kerja (shop drawing) dan memahami spesifikasi teknis bangunan.

  5. Memahami penggunaan peralatan kerja sipil dan menerapkan prosedur keselamatan kerja (K3).

  6. Mampu melakukan inspeksi, identifikasi kerusakan, serta perbaikan fasilitas gedung secara efektif.

  7. Memiliki kemampuan membuat laporan hasil pekerjaan dan pemeliharaan.

  8. Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

  9. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, disiplin, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.

  10. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift (apabila diperlukan).
