Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Menganalisis permasalahan serta menyusun strategi pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif.

Kualifikasi

  • Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang maintenance/project engineering (pengalaman memimpin tim menjadi nilai tambah).

  • Menguasai AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, dan software gambar teknik lainnya.

  • Memahami manajemen proyek, RAB, struktur bangunan, dan time schedule.

  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem solving yang baik.

  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
