Job Requirements
- High School Graduate; Vocational/Technical course is a plus
- With experience in HOWO and Rigid/Ref Truck (Refer Truck) maintenance and repair
- Knowledgeable in truck maintenance, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
- Physically fit and willing to work overtime and on-call
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Honest, reliable, and with good work attitud
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in trucks and trailers
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, and engine tune-ups
- Troubleshoot engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults accurately
- Repair or replace defective parts including engines, clutches, and gearboxes
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Respond to roadside breakdowns when required
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
