Job Summary
The Videographer/Video Editor is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that showcases cosmetic products across digital platforms. This role works closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to create engaging promotional videos, product demonstrations, social media content, and live-selling materials that strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for cosmetic products and campaigns.
- Produce engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, and other social media platforms.
- Create product demonstration videos, tutorials, before-and-after content, and promotional advertisements.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit videos with motion graphics, transitions, color correction, subtitles, and sound effects.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Live Host teams to develop creative concepts.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital assets.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, especially in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high production quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Multimedia Content Creator.
- Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other short-form video platforms.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Product photography and photo retouching.
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Basic graphic design.
- Understanding of beauty trends and cosmetics marketing.
- Ability to create viral and engaging short-form content.
Work Schedule
