SUMEC Energy (PH) We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee site security, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and coordination with government agencies.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise daily security operations, including access control, personnel and vehicle inspections, patrols, CCTV monitoring, and fire safety equipment checks.
Lead and coordinate the outsourced security team, including shift scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with the Philippine Private Security Service Industry Act (RA 11917), PNP regulations, and company security policies.
Monitor the performance of security personnel and recommend corrective actions or personnel replacements when necessary.
Assist in organizing security training, emergency response exercises, and fire drills.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, prepare investigation reports, and coordinate with project management and external security providers.
Conduct routine inspections of CCTV systems, access control equipment, communication devices, and fire protection facilities.
Coordinate with the PNP, LGUs, project management, and other stakeholders regarding security matters.
Identify security and safety hazards, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their completion.
Requirements:
High school graduate, vocational graduate, or higher (college education is an advantage).
At least 2 years of experience as a Security Team Leader or Security Supervisor.
Experience supervising outsourced security personnel or coordinating with security agencies is highly preferred.
Experience in power plants, power stations, construction, or industrial facilities is an advantage.
Knowledge of RA 11917, PNP security regulations, and security operations.
LESP (License to Exercise Security Profession) is preferred. Fire Safety Officer or First Aid certification is an advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
Willing to work shifts, outdoors, and onsite in Bugallon, Pangasinan. Candidates residing near the project site are preferred.
