The Enterprise Account Manager (Experienced) drives the growth and management of enterprise client accounts for HRIS Software and Payroll Outsourcing SunFish solutions, focusing on strategic client relationship management, revenue generation, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Job Description:
Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals;
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing;
Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline;
Apply consultative selling to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions;
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers;
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance;
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention;
Maintain accurate CRM updates.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (enterprise or SaaS experience is a plus);
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
Ability to manage client relationships independently;
Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
