DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:

  • Monitoring Network/Security Performance;

  • Proactive melaporkan dalam mendeteksi anomaly saat monitoring;

  • Support Daily, Weekly, dan Monthly Reporting;

  • Membuat Ticket gangguan, Request, dan Maintenance.

KUALIFIKASI:

  • Minimal Pendidikan D3/S1 (Teknik Informatika, Teknik Industri, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang yang serupa);

  • Berpengalaman menggunakan Network/Security Monitoring Tools (Min. 1th);

  • Memiliki pengetahuan dasar Cyber Security dan CDN Service;

  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris;

  • Bersedia bekerja Shifting;

  • Berkomunikasi dengan baik dan merespon dengan cepat.
