Key responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection protocols in accordance with
Participate in internal and external audits to verify quality management system effectiveness
Ensure production quality standards and compliance with established work procedures
Monitor Quality Control (QC) performance on the production floor and provide guidance on inspection processes
Coordinate with Technical, Production, and Mechanical teams to address production-related quality issues.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to the QC team
Analyze and validate inspection processes within the production area to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, or related fields.
Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Management System (QMS) within the garment manufacturing industry.
Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
