Responsibilities
Supervise construction and electrical installation activities for data center projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor the progress of civil, architectural, MEP, and electrical works, ensuring project completion within the approved timeline (S-Curve) and budget (BOQ/Budget Plan).
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues encountered on-site.
Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution panels, cabling, UPS, generators, grounding systems, and other supporting infrastructure in accordance with project requirements.
Ensure work quality complies with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Contractor Supervisor or in a similar role.
Proven experience in Data Center, Commercial Building, Industrial, or Electrical Construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project coordination skills.
Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required.
