Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or 5 years as a Maintenance Group Leader in manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of wiring diagrams, electrical schematics & high-voltage electrical systems
Possess strong expertise in mechanical repair and maintenance activities.
Experience in leading a maintenance team
Willing to be placed in Rengasdengklok, Karawang
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for production machines, covering both electrical and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns to ensure overall machine reliability and performance.
Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensure proper operation of electrical systems and machine installations
Work directly in the field to lead and support the team during troubleshooting and repair activities.
Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and improvement recommendations.
Manage maintenance documentation, work orders, and spare part usage records.
