Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of managed villas to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise villa staff (housekeeping, maintenance, gardeners, etc.) and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
- Coordinate with management for scheduling, budgeting, and maintenance planning.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and property upkeep.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and manage procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
