We are looking for a creative and tech-driven AI Video Production professional to join our growing Creative team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality AI-generated video content that supports brand communication, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute AI-generated video content for:

  • Educational content

  • Beauty & lifestyle trends

  • Product tutorials

  • Marketing campaigns and branding materials

• Produce high-quality AI-generated videos aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Perform end-to-end video editing and post-production, including cutting, compositing, sound design, subtitles, color adjustments, and basic motion graphics.

• Create effective prompts to generate AI videos, images, voiceovers, and other creative assets that meet commercial and creative objectives.

• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling using AI tools.

• Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools, workflows, and production techniques to improve content quality and efficiency.

• Maintain consistency of brand identity, visual style, and tone across all AI-generated content.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams to deliver content according to campaign timelines.

• Optimize content based on performance insights, audience engagement, and platform best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Video Production Specialist, AI Content Creator, Video Editor, Motion Designer, or in a similar role focused on AI-generated content.

• Strong expertise in AI prompting for video generation and visual content creation.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Pika, Higgsfield, Midjourney, NanoBanana, ElevenLabs, or other similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of AI-powered creative workflows and prompt engineering.

• Excellent video editing skills for both short-form and long-form content.

• Able to transform creative briefs into engaging, high-performing video content.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Social media content formats

  • Short-form video trends

  • Performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused content

  • Visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and brand aesthetics

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, particularly for AI prompting, creative research, and documentation.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
