Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join PT En Prima Food And Beverage in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage establishments. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and driving profitability across all aspects of our business. This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional hospitality experiences and maintaining our reputation as a leading food and beverage provider.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures

2. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain service quality and team morale

3. Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and ordering procedures to optimise costs and reduce wastage

4. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are consistently met across all facilities

5. Analyse operational metrics and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost savings

6. Manage customer relations and handle complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

7. Coordinate with kitchen, front-of-house, and support teams to optimise workflow and service delivery

8. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across all departments

9. Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and service standards

10. Report on operational performance to senior management and provide recommendations for strategic improvements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage lifestyle restaurant management or hospitality management

2. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple units or large-scale operations

3. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirements

4. Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management

5. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams

6. Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems

7. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

9. Fluency in Indonesian and English languages preferred

10. Qualification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
