Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
Manage and develop B2B business opportunities within the telecommunications, tower provider, and digital infrastructure industries.
Conduct marketing and sales activities for tower colocation services to telecommunication operators, ISPs, and corporate customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Conduct site mapping and identify potential tenants to increase tower occupancy rates.
Handle customer administration processes, including SPK, contracts, CAF, tenancy agreements, and first billing.
Ensure customer legal documents are complete and updated within operators' systems.
Lead commercial discussions and business negotiations related to tower leasing and colocation services.
Understand and manage the tower provider business process from tenant acquisition, contracting, implementation, billing, to revenue realization.
Build and maintain a strong network within telecommunication operators, ISPs, tower providers, and digital infrastructure companies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, business reports, and market analyses to management.

Leadership & Team Management
Lead, supervise, and support Account Managers and sales team members in achieving business targets.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, tenant acquisition progress, and revenue achievement.
Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to improve team productivity and capabilities.
Develop sales strategies, action plans, and business initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and customer administration procedures.
Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Project, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Act as the escalation point for strategic customers and key business opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or related roles within Tower Provider, Telecommunications, ISP, or Telecommunication Infrastructure industries.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales/account management team.
Strong understanding of colocation, tenancy management, CAF, SPK, lease agreements, and first billing processes.
Familiar with administrative processes and legal documentation related to telecommunication operators.
Experience handling telecommunication operators such as Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, XL Axiata, Smartfren, and ISPs will be highly preferred.
Strong networking and business relationship skills within the telecommunications industry.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
