Job Vacancy – Legal Administrator

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law.

  • Strong legal drafting skills.

  • Good understanding of corporate law and business licensing regulations.

  • Ability to conduct legal research and analyze corporate legal and licensing documents.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of legal documents and information accurately.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Willing to travel to government authorities and relevant institutions when required.

  • Willing to work overtime when necessary.

  • Knowledge of technical corporate permits and licensing (such as OSS, NIB, SBUJK, and other business licenses) will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the application, renewal, amendment, and maintenance of corporate licenses and permits in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Prepare, review, organize, and maintain the company's legal documents and records.

  • Ensure all legal and licensing documents are properly filed, updated, and easily retrievable.

  • Conduct legal research and liaise with government authorities and relevant institutions regarding legal and licensing matters.

  • Monitor the validity of corporate licenses and ensure timely renewals.

  • Assist in drafting correspondence, agreements, and other legal documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on legal and licensing matters.

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department as required.

  • Perform any other duties related to the company's legal and corporate documentation as assigned by management.
