Key Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Administrator, Law Firm Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.
Strong understanding of legal document administration, filing systems, and document management processes.
Experienced in handling correspondence, contracts, legal documents, and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Professional attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent work ethics.
English proficiency, particularly in reading legal documents, is an advantage.
