Job Description
Support the development and maintenance of Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, organizational structures, and job grading documentation.
Assist in implementing competency management, including Competency Matrix and competency assessment administration.
Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist in Talent Review, People Mapping, and succession planning activities.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate learning and development programs.
Coordinate employee induction, onboarding, and training administration.
Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives, including CSR and company events.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
Support Workload Analysis (WLA) and organizational development projects.
Prepare reports, documentation, and analysis related to Organization Development activities.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Organization Development, Human Resource Development, or Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Good understanding of organizational development, competency management, performance management, KPI, and training & development.
Familiarity with Job Analysis, SOP development, Workload Analysis (WLA), and HRIS is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
