Kualifikasi:

Minimal S1 Teknik Perminyakan/Mesin/Kimia/Pertambangan/Geologi/Elektro/Sipil/Industri atau setara
Minimal memiliki pengalaman 3–6 tahun di industri Upstream Oil & Gas, khususnya drilling engineering, well planning, dan operational execution
Menguasai software drilling design seperti Landmark (Compass, WellPlan, StressCheck, CasingSeat, dll) atau Schlumberger (Petrel Drilling, Osprey, dll)
Memahami well design, casing design, bit selection, drilling hydraulics, drilling mud system, wellbore stability, dan pore pressure analysis
Memahami HSSE serta drilling risk management (kick, lost circulation, stuck pipe, dll)
Mampu menyusun AFE, melakukan cost control, post-drill analysis, dan End of Well Report (EOWR)
Memiliki kemampuan analitis, problem solving, komunikasi, dan teamwork yang baik
Mampu berbahasa Inggris aktif (lisan & tulisan)
Menguasai Microsoft Office dan terbiasa bekerja target-oriented
