  • Melakukan penginputan data-data ke dalam sistem internal.

  • Membuat dan mengirimkan quotation kepada klien.

  • Melakukan registrasi new case klaim dan melakukan monitoring terhadap kelengkapan dokumen klaim.

  • Melakukan pengecekan terhadap proses dan kelengkapan dokumen pembayaran dengan pihak bengkel.

  • Menyiapkan laporan kas kecil dan melakukan realisasi ke sistem internal.

  • Melakukan administrasi terkait dokumen lainnya dan surat menyurat dengan kantor Pusat atau pihak eksternal. 

Persyaratan:

  • Kandidat minimal lulusan Diploma/ Sarjana.

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimum 1 tahun dalam bidang administrasi sales & marketing atau asuransi umum.

  • Fresh graduate are very welcome to apply

  • Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi, kandidat yang memiliki SIM A menjadi nilai plus.
